  FINANCE: Meets the Friday prior to the 2nd and 4th Tuesday Board Meetings at 9:00 AM
  Commissioner Gordon-Chairperson, Commissioner Olney, and Commissioner Swift
  
  PERSONNEL, PLANS & POLICY:
  Meets the 1st Wednesday at 9:00 AM
  Commissioner Houtz-Chairperson, Commissioner Heinemann and Commissioner Vrablic
  
  COURTS & PUBLIC SAFETY: Meets the 3rd Thursday at 9:00 AM
  Commissioner Swift-Chairperson, Commissioner Hubbard and Commissioner Vrablic
